I’m really grateful this service exists, but there wasn’t really much signage at the baggage claim about it at all.
I had to ask an employee even where the taxis were, and his directions showed me the sign for this and “ride share” services.
I picked this over Lyft/Uber because I didn’t feel like ordering something in the dark, and trying to figure out which car is my ride (especially since no one has front license plates).
This also had NO wait, and my driver was incredibly kind and wonderful to talk to. He was a great driver, and the car was also really comfortable.
Sometimes when I order a Lyft or Uber the driver isn’t always friendly, blasts music or is on speaker phone, or the car is really filthy (one time one smelled like pee, B.O. cigs and dogs).
CVG needs to have some big signage for this by the luggage claims, though so people know this exists because I didn’t last time I traveled, and I almost didn’t this time.
So, please please have some signs near each carousel and near the exits! It would also really help the drivers.

Reggie was a great driver! He truly enjoys life and it makes the ride a pleasure. We very much enjoyed the ride to Springboro. He is the best!!!!!
