I don't know about other people's experience with this company. But my experience was a very good one. I am 76 years old and ill. No idea what was wrong with me. And alone.
I was in Norton Audubon Emergency room, and was released around 4am. I was weak, sick and realized my phones power was 2%. I made what calls I could but because of the time I could only leave messages for family to pick me up.
I said something to a nurse and her response was ... I got this . She came back 5 minutes later, she had made arrangements for me, even with me being 40 miles from home. She gave me a voucher for this company. I ask her for prices and was told it was on the hospital. It cost me nothing, although, I did give the driver a healthy tip..
I was simply dumbfounded.I did not know what to think... 4 am , no phone, no
transportation, sick and this sweet little nurse took care of everything. Took me to the waiting room and made sure I knew when the
Car arrived. Even took me out to the car.
Amazing help when I needed it most.
I highly recommend zTrip and Audubon Hospital for dependable, professional care when you really need it .

I noticed people like to take time to make complaints but not give compliments can driver Orlando of #903 really surprised me with the service, he was courteous and called me in advance to confirm the ride, he was polite and quiet, he didn’t have music blasting loud and got me to my destination safely! I had an appointment and needed a ride luckily I had the driver I had! Everyone is different!

Reva is one of the drivers that I can trust. I don’t pay for rides at all, due to the fact that I have my own transportation. This one night I was at the point I could not drive due to having a good time. This driver got me home safe and made sure I got inside my home.
